iFrame Borders

3 Comments

Today i realised i had successfully removed the border from my iframe in firefox and IE6 but not in IE7.

there are two properties

border

and..

frameBorder

in firefox + IE6 it is enough to set the border=”0″ but it will still show in IE7 untill

frameborder=”0″

is present.

  1. One little change, frameBorder. Capital B.

    Thank you for posting this, I found it while I was having the same issue. But now it’s fixed! yay!

  2. thanks sue, will amend this. Does the lack of a capital stop it working?

  3. the capital B in “frameBorder” is necessary and solved the issue for me with dynamic loading iFrames from JavaScript. Thanks!
